Prime Minister Hun Manet is scheduled to preside over the event, outlining the government’s pro‑business policies and reform agenda. Senior officials from the Ministry of Commerce and the Council for the Development of Cambodia will also take part.

Central to the discussions is Cambodia’s “Plus One” strategy, which positions the Kingdom as a complementary investment destination within regional supply chains. Organizers say recent reforms – including updated investment laws, infrastructure expansion and digital transformation initiatives – have boosted Cambodia’s competitiveness and appeal to foreign investors.

Key themes on the agenda include green industry development, supply chain diversification, harmonization of customs and taxation systems, financial ecosystem integration, and workforce modernization through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

The summit will also feature a Cambodia Investment Showcase and structured business‑matching sessions aimed at fostering partnerships and unlocking cross‑border opportunities.
