Cambodia, Ukraine strengthen trade ties with new chamber partnership
PHNOM PENH, Mar. 25, 2026 (KPT) — Cambodia and Ukraine have moved to deepen bilateral trade and investment through a new cooperation agreement between their chambers of commerce.
The Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a memorandum of understanding Tuesday to promote trade exchange, facilitate business partnerships and enhance information sharing.

The deal reflects a shared commitment to expanding economic engagement as Cambodia diversifies its international trade relationships.
Sok Piseth, Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, called the MoU “a significant milestone” in strengthening bilateral ties. “This partnership will create more opportunities for businesses in both countries to connect, explore new markets and expand investment,” he said.
Plans include trade exhibitions, business forums and a joint online platform to accelerate business to business exchanges. Key sectors identified for cooperation are agriculture, food processing, IT and logistics.
The agreement is expected to boost trade flows and investment while supporting long term partnerships, underscoring Cambodia’s strategy to expand global economic networks.
