Cambodia’s Grand Twins Posts 258% Profit Surge Despite Revenue Dip in Q2
Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Aug. 19, 2025) — Grand Twins International Plc. (GTI), one of Cambodia’s leading garment manufacturers, reported a sharp rise in net profit for the second quarter of 2025, despite a modest decline in revenue, according to its latest filing with the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX).

Net profit jumped 257.86% year-on-year to KHR 967.5 million ($241,000), while total revenue fell 2.62% to KHR 89.6 billion ($22.36 million). For the first half of 2025, GTI posted revenue of KHR 148.9 billion, down 5.08% from the same period last year, but net profit surged 357.17% to KHR 1.27 billion.
As of June 30, the company’s total assets stood at KHR 413.8 billion, up 7.64% year-on-year, while total equity declined slightly by 0.49% to KHR 280.9 billion.
Chairman Yang Po Yu said the company’s performance reflects its resilience and long-standing relationships with global clients, including Adidas. “We continue to expand our product offerings and strengthen partnerships to stabilize and grow revenue, particularly through subcontracting and CMP services,” Yang said.

GTI did not record any revenue from CMP operations in Q2, but subcontracting contributed KHR 3.27 billion, while product sales accounted for KHR 86.3 billion.
CEO Chen Tsung-Chi said the company remains focused on enhancing corporate governance and pursuing higher profitability in the coming quarters. “We are grateful to our board, management, staff, and especially our major customers for their continued support,” Chen said.

GTI, incorporated in 2007, is one of Cambodia’s few publicly listed garment firms and a key supplier to global sportswear brands. The company said it expects stronger order volumes in the second half of the year and will continue investing in operational efficiency and product innovation.
