VINCI Reaffirms Role in Expanding Cambodia’s Air Links, Tourism Potential
PHNOM PENH, Mar. 11, 2026 (KPT) — Global airport operator VINCI Airports has reaffirmed its commitment to boosting Cambodia’s tourism potential by strengthening air connectivity and supporting the country’s aviation sector, officials said Wednesday.
Tourism Minister Huot Hak met Tuesday with Emmanuel Menanteau, VINCI Airports executive committee member and chairman of Cambodia Airports operator SCA.

The delegation introduced new leadership at Cambodia Airports and updated the ministry on developments at Sihanoukville International Airport and construction progress at Techo International Airport.
Both sides discussed joint action plans to promote Cambodia as an international tourist destination, with Hak stressing the need to deepen cooperation between aviation and tourism sectors to enhance competitiveness.
Menanteau reaffirmed VINCI’s long-term role in developing Cambodia’s airports and supporting tourism growth. Officials said the partnership will focus on expanding air links and promoting Cambodia abroad to attract more international visitors.
