Cambodia to Host Annual Securities Conference 2025 in Partnership With ADB
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Sept.10, 2025) — The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), will host the “Annual Securities Conference 2025” on Oct. 7 at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.

Held under the theme “The Evolving Cambodia Securities Sector: Sustainability, Innovation, Inclusion and Resilience,” the conference will be presided over by H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance.
According to the official announcement, the event aims to foster dialogue among key stakeholders on the growth, innovation and development of Cambodia’s securities sector, while highlighting its role in supporting the national economy.

The conference will also feature insights from foreign regulators on Cambodia’s market development and SERC’s expanding role on the international stage.
Guest speakers will include representatives from regulatory authorities, market participants, ASEAN securities regulators and development partners. Attendees are expected from government ministries, diplomatic missions, associations, firms under SERC’s supervision, potential listing companies and investors active in the securities sector.
