Approved at a Cabinet meeting on April 23, the framework is intended to align the national budget with priority areas, improve revenue and spending efficiency, and safeguard macroeconomic stability.

According to the Cabinet statement, the document will form the basis for the Medium-Term Budget Framework and the 2027 Law on Financial Management.

Policy priorities include protecting sovereignty and political stability, supporting livelihoods, and promoting economic diversification.

The draft also highlights measures to strengthen the business environment, encourage private sector growth, and combat online fraud.

Further goals include human capital development, digital transformation, green growth, and stronger governance.
