Samdech Hun Manet receives Philippine President Marcos Jr. in Phnom Penh
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Sept 8, 2025) — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet met with Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. at the Peace Palace for a bilateral meeting.

Marcos Jr. and his wife, Louise Araneta-Marcos, arrived in Phnom Penh on Sept 7 for a three-day state visit to Cambodia, scheduled for Sept. 7–9, at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni.
The couple was welcomed at Phnom Penh International Airport by Cambodia’s minister of tourism and other senior officials from the Royal Government of Cambodia.
Samdech Hun Sen, acting head of state and president of the Senate, also received Marcos Jr. at the Peace Palace on Monday morning.
