UK Firm Eyes Cambodia as Golf Tourism Hub
PHNOM PENH, Feb 26, 2026 (KPT) – AROSCO, a UK-based golf company, has pledged to help transform Cambodia into a golf tourism destination, officials said Wednesday.
Tourism Minister Huot Hak met with AROSCO Chief Executive Jaz Kanth to discuss plans for organizing golf events and promoting Cambodia’s tourism potential internationally.

The meeting was also attended by Minister Attached to the Prime Minister Chea Bora, who serves as Secretary-General of the Cambodia Golf Federation, along with colleagues.
Hak welcomed the initiative, noting Cambodia currently has 11 licensed golf courses and five practice facilities. He asked the company to prepare a detailed concept note and action plan for review by the ministry in collaboration with the Golf Federation.
