Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet Congratulates China on 76th National Day
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Oct.01, 2025) — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has extended congratulations to Chinese Premier Li Qiang and the people of China on the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

In a message delivered on behalf of the Royal Government and the Cambodian people, Samdech Thipadie Hun Manet praised China’s socio-economic achievements over the past seven decades under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and Premier Li.
He highlighted China’s attainment of its first centenary goal in 2021 and expressed confidence in its progress toward the second centenary goal by 2049. The prime minister also acknowledged China’s expanding regional and global influence through initiatives that promote connectivity, inclusive development, and peace.
Cambodia reaffirmed its commitment to the longstanding friendship with China, emphasizing efforts to deepen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and advance cooperation under the Diamond Cooperation framework.
Samdech Thipadie Hun Manet called for the building of an “All-Weather Cambodia-China Community with a Shared Future in the New Era,” aimed at fostering prosperity for both nations and contributing to regional peace and sustainable development.
He concluded by wishing Premier Li Qiang good health, happiness, and continued success in his leadership.
