Cambodia to Join SIAL Paris 2026, Exploring Global Food and Beverage Trends
PHNOM PENH, Feb 17, 2026 (KPT) – Cambodia will take part in SIAL Paris 2026, the world’s largest food and beverage trade fair, scheduled for October 17–21 at Paris Nord Villepinte, officials said Tuesday.
The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) said the expo serves as a major platform for showcasing innovations, fostering networking opportunities and exploring emerging industry trends.

SIAL Paris features eight specialized trade shows covering processed and ready to eat foods, condiments and seasonings, confectionery and bakery, beverages and dairy, as well as organic and agricultural products.
Cambodian traders, producers and investors interested in presenting their products and services have been invited to submit applications to the Department of Exhibition Affairs by February 21.
MoC encouraged stakeholders to seize the opportunity to expand business networks, explore new markets and enhance investment activities on a global scale, underscoring Cambodia’s ambition to strengthen its presence in international food and beverage trade.
