Cambodia Chamber Expands Cooperation With Asia-Pacific Entrepreneur Network

 PHNOM PENH, April 5, 2026 (KPT) – Cambodia’s Chamber of Commerce is stepping up regional engagement through closer cooperation with the Asia-Pacific young entrepreneurs network, in a bid to strengthen business connectivity and support the next generation of leaders, officials said Friday.

The initiative was highlighted during a working meeting between the Chamber’s leadership and a delegation of young entrepreneurs from across the Asia-Pacific region, led by Hiromi Aoki.

The session was chaired by Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council for Cambodia, who reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to expanding regional trade links and fostering collaboration among emerging business leaders.

Discussions centered on promoting leadership development, strengthening future cooperation, and creating opportunities for greater cross-border business engagement. Both sides underscored the importance of building networks that empower young entrepreneurs to contribute to economic growth and innovation across the region.

Officials said the Chamber views the partnership as part of Cambodia’s broader strategy to integrate more deeply into regional markets, while encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship as drivers of sustainable development.

The meeting concluded with agreement to explore joint initiatives that would enhance connectivity among Asia-Pacific entrepreneurs, positioning Cambodia as an active partner in shaping the region’s business landscape.
