Hun Manet Congratulates Students on Bac II Results, Urges Perseverance

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Sept.20,2025) — Prime Minister Hun Manet on Friday congratulated students across Cambodia who passed the 2025 high school diploma examination, known as Bac II, with special praise for those who earned top marks.

“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all students who achieved excellent results in the 2025 Bac II examination. Your hard work and dedication have paid off,” Hun Manet said in a statement.

He also offered words of encouragement to students who did not receive their desired results, urging them to remain hopeful and continue pursuing their education.

“To those who did not receive the results they had hoped for, please do not be discouraged,” he said. “Continue studying with determination to improve next year. You may also consider vocational training or further education to continue building your knowledge and skills.”

Hun Manet emphasized the importance of lifelong learning and skill development as key to building strong careers and contributing to national progress under peace and stability.

According to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, the 2025 Bac II results were as follows: 3,003 students earned Grade A, 9,901 received Grade B, 28,801 earned Grade C, 45,859 received Grade D, and 34,909 earned Grade E.

The ministry praised the overall performance of this year’s candidates, citing steady improvements in academic achievement and national exam standards.
