PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Sept.17, 2025) — Gen. Tea Seiha, Cambodia’s deputy prime minister and minister of national defence, will lead a high-level military delegation to the 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, scheduled for Sept. 17–19 in Beijing.

Seiha is attending at the invitation of Chinese Defence Minister Adm. Dong Jun, according to Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defence.
During the forum, Seiha is expected to speak at the fourth plenary session on “Building Regional Peace Through Dialogue and Consultation.” He will also hold bilateral talks with Dong aimed at strengthening defence ties and reaffirming what officials describe as the “ironclad” friendship between the two countries.
Seiha is slated to meet with defence ministers and delegation heads from several nations, including Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. He will also engage with other dialogue partners to expand regional defence and security cooperation.
