Cambodia launches online complaint system to accelerate grievance resolution
PHNOM PENH, Feb 19, 2026 (KPT) – Cambodia’s interior ministry has launched a new online platform designed to speed up the handling of public complaints and strengthen transparency in administrative oversight, officials said Thursday.
The Complaint Submission System (CSS) allows citizens to file petitions related to the authority and activities of civil servants under the ministry’s jurisdiction. Officials said the initiative aims to facilitate faster responses, streamline procedures and reinforce accountability within public administration.

Complaints can be submitted through the official website, which also provides downloadable forms for paper submission and contact numbers for additional support.
The ministry said the digital mechanism will support investigations, ensure fairness for all parties and bolster integrity in grievance handling.
The system became operational Thursday, marking another step in Cambodia’s broader push to modernize public services and advance digital governance reforms.
